Goalbi Academy teaches practical database and systems skills live, in focused groups, with room to ask questions while the work is happening.
Goalbi Academy focuses on practical technical training. Students do more than watch an instructor demonstrate a tool: they build environments, make configuration decisions, troubleshoot failures and practice the operational tasks behind the technology.
Live classes make it possible to stop at the difficult parts, ask why a decision matters and work through problems while they are happening.
The goal is to build understanding that students can carry into future labs, interviews and working environments.
Every session is taught in real time, so you can interrupt and get an answer.
You run the commands yourself and read what the server reports back.
Groups are kept small, so nobody sits through a session with an unanswered question.
The instructor
Rosita is a SQL Server database administrator with ten years of experience across on-premises and cloud environments. She is originally from Angola, started out in accounting, and moved to the United States, where she moved into technology. She founded Goalbi Academy to teach the way she wishes she had been taught: live, hands-on, and answering the question in front of you.
